**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Create engaging and informative content for Instagram, including photos, videos, stories, reels, and carousels, focusing on topics like immigration services, client success stories, tips for immigrants, and updates on immigration policies.

**Content Planning & Strategy**:
Develop a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure a consistent flow of posts that align with our brand voice, mission, and goals.

**Audience Engagement**:
Interact with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and questions, fostering a supportive and informative community. Build relationships with followers to increase engagement and brand loyalty.

**Trend Monitoring**:
Stay on top of Instagram trends and challenges, leveraging popular formats and hashtags to maximize visibility and engagement. Identify new content opportunities based on audience interests and current events in the immigration space.

**Analytics & Reporting**:
Monitor content performance using Instagram Insights and other analytics tools. Provide regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth to adjust strategies for improved results.

**Collaboration**:
**Brand Awareness & Advocacy**:
Promote our services and highlight success stories, ensuring that our brand is presented positively and professionally to potential clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content creator or social media manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing Instagram work.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a knack for crafting engaging captions and storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram features, including posts, stories, reels, and IGTV, as well as Instagram analytics tools.
- Creative, innovative, and able to think outside the box to develop unique content that connects with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with the immigration industry or a strong interest in learning about it is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in or with an immigration services or legal company is highly desirable.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish, or other languages) is a plus.
- Experience with influencer collaborations or partnership marketing on Instagram.
