**WALK IN INTERVIEWS (11 am - 4 pm)**

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Salary**:Fixed plus incentives

**Shift Timings**: 9:30 am - 6:45 pm (9:15 hours shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads through cold calling and provide final sales.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects.
- Follow up with existing customers for feedback and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain customer information and call logs in CRM.
- Meet and exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
- Engage with customers and drive sales growth.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively.
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity preferred.
- MIn Qualification required: 12th / +2 or any Diploma in computers.
