**Job Summary**

We are looking for a professional Onboarding Executive to work closely with other team members & they'll be responsible to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, maintain relationship with existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Keep track of the metrics and present to the client on the quality of service offered.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Only Work from Office
- Should be flexible to work in night shifts
- 3+ Years of Experience in Operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Any graduation. Need to be very fluent in English
- Outbound Calling
- Sales
- Have to work for 6 days a week
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
