**Experience**: Freshers - Salary ₹22,000 to ₹25,000
**Experienced - Salary**: Up to ₹40,000 (Based on relevant experience)
We are hiring **Education B2B Field Sales Executives** to join our growing team in **Mumbai**. This is a field-based role, perfect for those who are self-driven, passionate about sales, and capable of managing long-term relationships in the **education and corporate training sectors**.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and connect with **schools, colleges, educational institutions, coaching centers, and corporate clients** to generate business leads
- Conduct regular client visits (4-5 per day) to pitch products and services tailored to educational needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Present and promote company offerings through in-person meetings and presentations
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support
- Achieve assigned sales targets within defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client orders and services
- Monitor competitor activity and report market trends
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B field sales (education or institutional sales preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and handle field travel across Mumbai
