**Key Responsibilities Liaison and Land Acquisition**:

- Identifying & sourcing of corporate, industrial, residential and commercial lands deals in and around Chennai.
- Manage the entire process of land acquisition including land identification, financial valuation, best use analysis, target identification, deal structuring (Joint Development, JV, Outright, Redevelopment), negotiation, legal and commercial due diligence.
- Ability to negotiate and finalize transaction with the land owner.
- Networking with real estate intermediaries, Landowners, local brokers for identifying business opportunities.
- Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals etc. Develop and execute parallel strategies for business development for responsible geography.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
