**Role Overview - Inside Sales Specialist**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive the sales process from planning to closure, consistently achieving growth and targets
- Make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and communicate effectively with customers
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable sales opportunities
- Conduct walk-in sales presentations for residential projects
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using SFDC CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts
- Maintain and present weekly sales and productivity reports
- Develop and nurture relationships with customers and channel partners
- Implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and market presence
- Monitor site visits and ensure maximum lead conversion
- Achieve walk-in targets and contribute to overall sales goals
- Excellent communication skills and local area awareness
- Strong business acumen and real estate industry knowledge
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
