**Application Processing**:
Implement and maintain efficient systems for tracking and managing applicant information.

**Interviews and Counseling**:
Conduct interviews with prospective students and their families.

Provide guidance and counseling to applicants, addressing their questions and concerns.

**Admissions Events**:
Plan and execute admissions events, such as open houses, campus tours, and information sessions.

Represent the school at relevant fairs and conferences.

**Collaboration with Stakeholders**:
Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administration to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Work closely with marketing and communications teams to develop effective promotional materials.

**Data Analysis**:
Analyze admissions data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Use data to make informed decisions about admissions strategies.

**Diversity and Inclusion**:
Make fee follow up calls as & when required

Assist In HR interview line up

**Compliance and Documentation**:
Ensure compliance with admissions policies and regulations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of applicant records.

**Customer Service**:
Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.

Address inquiries promptly and professionally.

**Technology Integration**:
Stay informed about advancements in admissions technology.

Implement and utilize technology tools for efficient and effective admissions processes.

**Feedback and Improvement**:
Gather feedback from applicants and stakeholders.

Use feedback to continuously improve the admissions process.

**Goal Achievement**:
Meet or exceed enrolment targets set by the school administration.

Track and report progress toward admissions goals.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
