Key Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students, including organizing and participating in college fairs, high school visits, and other outreach events.

Counseling Prospective Students: Provide information and guidance to students and their families regarding educational opportunities, admission requirements, policies, procedures, and financial aid options.

Campus Tours and Information Sessions: Conduct informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and their families to showcase the institution's offerings and facilities.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other admissions counselors and institutional departments to review applicants, make final admissions decisions, and send out admissions offers.

Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree is typically required; a master's degree in counseling or a related field is often preferred, especially at the high school level.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information to prospective students and their families.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals, including students, parents, faculty, and staff.

Willingness to Travel: Admission counselors often need to travel extensively and work irregular and flexible hours to attend recruitment events and meet prospective students.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
