**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Guide prospective students through the entire admissions process, from initial inquiries to enrollment. Provide detailed information about our programs, including curriculum, career opportunities, and the benefits of pursuing a career in logistics and SCM.
- **Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners to ensure successful student recruitment and retention.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and participate in admissions events such as open houses, educational fairs, and campus tours to attract prospective students.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align admissions strategies with the institute's goals and enhance the overall student experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in student counseling, admissions, or a related role is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- **Probation Period**: 3 months of training with a stipend of ₹12,000 per month.
- **Post-Probation**: Salary will be revised based on performance.
