**Job Title**: Banking Voice Process (Day Shift)
**Location**: Centralized Pick & Drop from Thane Station
**Shift**: Day Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
**Experience**: 6 months to 1 year in BPO
**Education**: HSC/Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls for banking inquiries and support.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year BPO experience, preferably in banking/voice process.
- Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi).
- HSC or Graduate in any field.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts (2 days off).
- Thane-based or willing to commute (Pick-up and drop from Thane station).

**Benefits**:
