Hiring for a dynamic Banking Voice Process Executive. We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team.

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: 5 Days Working, 2 Rotational Offs/Night Shift

Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for customer-focused professionals to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with banking queries, and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints via voice calls in a professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding banking products and services.

Maintain and update customer records.

Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets and service-level agreements.

Requirements:

Education: HSC or Graduate.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in a voice process (banking experience preferred).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and patience.

Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
