- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
- Utilize CRM systems to document and track customer interactions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles, including active listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
