**Job Description: Operations Associate**

**Location: Bangalore**

**Key Responsibilities**:
Installation Coordination:
Schedule and oversee the installation of chargers at client locations.

Ensure that all necessary resources and personnel are available for each installation.

Client Interaction:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding installation schedules and requirements.

Gather and document client needs and preferences to ensure their expectations are met.

Team Coordination:
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including technical, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations.

Facilitate inter-departmental meetings to address and resolve any issues or delays.

Problem Resolution:
Identify and address any problems that arise during the installation process.

Work closely with the relevant teams in the office to find quick and efficient solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of installations, client communications, and issue resolutions.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of installations and any outstanding issues.

Process Improvement:
Suggest and implement improvements to installation processes and client interaction protocols.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
