Electrical Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing the overall electrical operations and maintenance of a facility, ensuring a continuous power supply to all utilities. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills and be able to manage departmental budgets effectively.

  • Manage electrical operations and maintenance teams
  • Oversee budgeting and cost control for electrical department
  • Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to maximize equipment uptime
  • Conduct regular inspections of major electrical equipment, including transformers, HT/LT systems, DG sets, and lifts, to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely completion of AMC and ARC contracts
  • Identify and propose capital expenditure needs and coordinate with project teams
  • Ensure daily tracking of power consumption and optimize power utilization
