**Job Title: Car Sales Executive**

**Location**: Annur

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in automotive sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicles.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of available car models, features, and options.
- Conduct test drives and effectively present the benefits of each vehicle to customers.
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding pricing, financing options, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and presentable showroom environment to enhance the customer experience.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets.
- Ensure timely completion of all paperwork and documentation related to car sales transactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with the Annur area and local market preferences.
- Positive attitude and passion for cars.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
