As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage our target audience, and generate qualified leads. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all digital channels and optimize our social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our overall marketing objectives.
- Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all company social media accounts and ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Create visually appealing and compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for social media.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark our social media performance and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Assist in planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and audience targeting.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media marketer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful social media strategies.
- Proficient in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong creativity and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
- Knowledge of paid social media advertising is desirable.
