Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand's social media presence remains innovative and effective.

Content Creation:
Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

Community Management:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.

Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.

Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, or product promotion.

Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

Analytics and Reporting:
Regularly track and analyze key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Prepare and present detailed reports on social media performance to key stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to gather content and insights for social media use.

Stay Compliant:
Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with social media analytics tools.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Graphic design and basic video editing skills.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
