- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics videos and other multimedia content that resonate with the target audience.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers partners and relevant stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement.
- Manage the company s online reputation by promptly addressing customer inquiries concerns and feedback on social media platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools techniques and trends and implement best practices to enhance the company s online presence.
- Generate regular reports on the performance of social media and digital marketing initiatives providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field Master s degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager preferably in the sporting goods industry or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms digital marketing strategies and content management systems.
- Strong understanding of sports and fitness trends in the Indian market.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Google Analytics etc.).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for campaigns.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience in e-commerce and online sales strategies is a plus.
- Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is highly desirable.
