Job Description As the Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies enhancing brand visibility engaging with our target audience and driving online sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and impactful campaigns that resonate with our customer base and contribute to the growth of our business.   Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital marketing strategies to align with business objectives and increase brand awareness customer engagement and online sales.
  • Manage and oversee all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and emerging platforms ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
  • Create curate and publish high-quality and engaging content that reflects the company s values products and promotions.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to target specific demographics optimize ad performance and achieve desired conversion rates.
  • Monitor social media trends competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach engagement conversion rates and customer feedback to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics videos and other multimedia content that resonate with the target audience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers partners and relevant stakeholders to amplify brand reach and engagement.
  • Manage the company s online reputation by promptly addressing customer inquiries concerns and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools techniques and trends and implement best practices to enhance the company s online presence.
  • Generate regular reports on the performance of social media and digital marketing initiatives providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Education/Experience QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field Master s degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Manager preferably in the sporting goods industry or related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms digital marketing strategies and content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of sports and fitness trends in the Indian market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Google Analytics etc.).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas for campaigns.
  • Analytical skills to track and interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience in e-commerce and online sales strategies is a plus.
  • Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is highly desirable.
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 2 Years or proven relevant experience as a social media manager. Work from office only
