**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven **SME - Sales** to manage and scale our SME lending business. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the customer journey, closely working with Relationship Managers (RMs) to ensure seamless acquisition, onboarding, and servicing of clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Journey Process Ownership**
- Drive the customer journey from **lead generation to disbursal**, ensuring quick turnaround and delightful experience.
- Understand client needs and match them with appropriate loan products.
- Ensure all customer documentation and KYC norms are accurately completed.
- Liaise with credit, ops, and legal for faster processing and approvals.

**RM Support Function**
- Act as the **bridge between Relationship Managers and operations**, ensuring partner/channel needs are efficiently addressed.
- Provide product knowledge, MIS, and backend support to the RM network.
- Train and assist RMs on new product features, digital tools, and process flows.
- Help resolve bottlenecks in partner onboarding and client journey.



**Key Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with **2-3 years of experience** in SME for lending, preferably with an NBFC or Fintech.
- Strong knowledge of **loan processes, financial documentation**, and digital journeys.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and partner management skills.
- Hands-on with CRM tools, MIS reporting, and sales tracking platforms.
