**Job Title: Subject Matter Expert Department: Authoring Solutions**

**Job Summary**:

- **Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Main Duties**:_

**E-learning materials design and development**
- Work with Project Managers / SMEs to ensure that clear training / course needs are established and effective planning and delivery of (e-learning) learning experiences are delivered on time and to the pre-defined success factors as agreed with SMEs / Project Manager.
- Write and review storyboards.
- Build in useable data collection approaches to monitor usage of all e-learning content.
- Keep stakeholders up to date with project progress, request sign-offs at appropriate stages.
- Ensure the developed content meet the learning objectives and identify ways to monitor the same.
- Bring in industry best practices in the organization.

**Key activities**:

- Provide guidance to other SMEs to improve content accuracy, language (English usage, appropriate English sentence structure) and overall quality of the solution content for use by students.
- Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
- Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills and use of technology.
- Scripting for course modules.
- Write and review storyboards.
- Checking content plagiarism.

- Drafting scripts / storyboards for video development / animations.
- Use instructional design principles to script, storyboard and deploy effective e-learning.
- Produce new content as required.
- Instruct the GDs (graphic Designers) to extract/create your desired assets.
- No standing arrears and marks should be above 75%.
