Role - SDET SME Experience - 12+ years Notice Period - Immediate joiners preferred Location - Mahadevpura, Bengaluru (Onsite)Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated testframeworksand scripts. Act as SME for multiple automation tools, guiding teams on best practices and tool adoption. Collaborate with multiple QA teams to define test strategies and ensure product quality. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Establishing and maturing the testing practice for new and existing teams. Drive test automation coverage across web,API , andbackend services . Mentor and coach junior QA engineers and SDETs. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve automation issues in a timely manner.Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation. In-depth knowledge of end-to-end testing methodologies and best practices. Proven expertise in at least two automation tools, preferably Cypress and Playwright. Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, orPython . Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman, requests library). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge on security\pen testing is a huge advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Preferred Qualifications Experience with testing of Gen AI and analytics products (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs). Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6). Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
