This Opportunity

As a Product Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy, customer-centric product release training for all Sales and Customer Teams. You will leverage various learning theories and best practices to ensure all revenue-facing internal teams are equipped with the resources and training required to sell and support the Engagedly product with confidence.
- You have professional experience in a SaaS Company
- You demonstrate an affinity for content creation and training delivery
- Proficiency in English is an absolute must (both written and verbal)
- You have a passion for learning, sharing knowledge with others, and being open to different ways of working

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and curate training for all new Engagedly product releases, ensuring Sales and Customer teams across multiple verticals and regions have the knowledge needed to successfully explain, demo, implement and support our software
- Build a global product training function in support of a best-in-class product
- Ingest up-to-date product knowledge to produce effective training materials and up-skill team members as needed
- Monitor and analyze reporting including training completion, program effectiveness, training satisfaction and segment organization in the interest of constantly iterating and improving the training format and delivery
- Stay in tune with industry best practices focused on improving transference of training and training effectiveness
- Maintain a working knowledge of change management practices and principles

**Requirements**:

- Proven 4-7 yrs of work experience as a Product Trainer and/or Training/Learning Consulting
- Ability to approach complex problems with curiosity, creativity, and empathy
- Ability to complete full training cycles across multiple verticals and geographies
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn complex systems quickly
- Proven success in translating complex technical concepts to digestible learning material
- Understanding of change management practices
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
