**Global Customer Support Executive - International Voice & Chat Process (Work from Office | Jaipur)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify customer issues, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines, update customer details, and maintain accurate logs in CRM tools.
- Meet quality, accuracy, and service-level goals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- **Education**: Open to Undergraduates and Graduates from any field.
- **Experience**: Freshers and experienced BPO professionals welcome.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent **English communication** (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in **rotational shifts** and a **fast-paced office environment**.
- **Location**: Must be open to relocating to **Jaipur**.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Salary Range**: ₹27,000 - ₹35,000/month (based on communication and experience).
