**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via chat to address their inquiries and provide support.
- Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate information to customers.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
