**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Engage with customers via chat to address their inquiries and provide support.

2.Learn about our products/services and effectively communicate information to customers.

3.Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving concerns.

4.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Requirements**:
1.Strong written communication skills

2.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

3.Ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
