**Accounts & Admin Executive - Roles & Responsibilities**
**Requirements**:
- Background in **Hospital/Healthcare billing** (mandatory)
- Age**:20 - 35 years**:
- Must reside within **5 km radius of Kharadi**:
- **Immediate joiner**
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Handle **patient billing, hospital billing, and daily cash/receipts reconciliation**.
- Maintain **accounts payable and receivable records**, vouchers, and petty cash.
- Prepare and update **daily collection reports, MIS reports, and expense statements**.
- Ensure accurate **billing for IPD/OPD services, physiotherapy sessions, and packages**.
- Support in **insurance claim documentation and patient queries related to billing**.
- Manage **vendor payments, salary disbursements, and reimbursement tracking**.
- Oversee **day-to-day administration**: housekeeping, office supplies, vendor coordination, and basic facility management.
- Maintain **inventory records of consumables and medical supplies**.
- Ensure **compliance with financial and administrative policies**.
- Assist management in **audit preparation and statutory compliances**.
- Handle **patient inquiries at the front desk (when required)** and maintain good rapport.
- Support **HR & Admin tasks** like attendance monitoring, ID card issuance, and documentation.
- Handling reception if required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,404.65 - ₹19,000.00 per month
