We are seeking an **Review Calling Specialist** to reach out to customers and facilitate the process of leaving online reviews. This role involves outbound calls or visits (in the ratio of 7:3) to connect with customers, encourage them to share their feedback and experiences, and contribute to building a positive online reputation for our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:
Initiate outbound calls or visits to recent customers with the goal of collecting online reviews.

Build rapport with customers and create a positive impression of the review process.
- **Review Guidance**:
Educate customers on how to leave reviews on various online platforms.

Provide clear instructions and address any questions or concerns.
- **Feedback Collection**:
Gather feedback, opinions, and suggestions from customers during conversations.

Ensure customers feel valued and heard throughout the call or meeting.
- **Data Management**:
Record customer interactions, review commitments, and feedback received.

Maintain accurate and organized records of calls and visits for reporting and follow-up.
- **Review Tracking**:
Monitor and track online reviews left by customers across different platforms.

Compile review data to analyze trends and sentiments.
- **Collaboration**:
Share customer insights with internal teams to drive improvements in products and services.

Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance our online reputation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous customer service or telemarketing experience. Similar experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach.
- Familiarity with online review platforms.
- Attentive listener and empathetic communicator.
- Organized approach to data management.
