- Handling inbound/outbound calls to lead or data of customers and potential clients
- Respond to inquiries and provide information about services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and information
- Meet or exceed performance goals
- Follow up with customers regularly without any gap
- Generate maximum walk-ins for more enrollments
- Achieve given targets on time
- Any graduate with 1+ years experience in telecalling
- Good Command over English - Speaking and Writing.
- Sales oriented and target driven attitude
- Sales, Presentation and convincing skills.
