**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Server Administration**: Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, both on-premises and cloud-based.
- **Infrastructure Management**: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient server architectures.
- **Virtualization & Cloud Computing**: Manage and optimize virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure security best practices, including access control, patch management, and system hardening.
- **Backup & Disaster Recovery**: Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies.
- **Performance Optimization**: Monitor server performance, conduct capacity planning, and fine-tune system configurations.
- **Automation & Scripting**: Utilize scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate server deployment and maintenance tasks.
- **Troubleshooting & Support**: Diagnose and resolve complex server-related issues and provide Level 3 technical support.
- **Collaboration & Documentation**: Work closely with cross-functional teams and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
- **Willingness to travel** and handle responsibilities at both onsite and offsite locations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** in server engineering, administration, or related roles.
- Expertise in **Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), and cloud platforms** (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with **Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Apache, Nginx, Load Balancing, and Firewalls**.
- Strong knowledge of **virtualization technologies** (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).
- Familiarity with **monitoring tools** (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus) and logging tools (ELK, Splunk).
- Experience in **database management** (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Knowledge of security frameworks like **ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Benchmarks** is desirable.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
