
Liaison Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.**External Coordination**: Maintain effective communication with hospitals, clinics, public health departments, vendors, and government agencies. oRepresent the organization in external meetings, inspections, and visits.
2.**Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure timely submission and collection of required documentation (e.g., MoUs, approvals, contracts, reports). oCoordinate for regulatory clearances and ensure adherence to guidelines.
3.**Operational Support**: Facilitate onboarding of new centers or partners. oResolve field-level operational issues by coordinating with internal teams.
4.**Reporting**: Maintain logs of visits, meetings, and outcomes. oSubmit daily/weekly reports to the Regional/Project Manager.
5.**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders at various health facilities. oAct as the company’s representative in resolving escalations or field-level concerns. **Eligibility Criteria**:∙**Education**: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Science, Management, or Public Health). ∙
**Experience**: 1-4 years in healthcare, diagnostics, or government project coordination roles.
**Key Skills**:∙Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ∙Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). ∙Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability. ∙Familiarity with government processes and healthcare systems is an added advantage. ∙Ability to handle field work and multitasking
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
