**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Procurement Management**:

- Source and purchase goods and services from suppliers based on production requirements.
- Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies, avoiding any disruption to operations.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and perform regular stock audits.
- Monitor inventory to ensure the right materials are available at the right time, avoiding overstocking or stock outs.
- Track the movement of goods from suppliers to the store and internal distribution.
- **Vendor Relationships**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate and assess supplier performance regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any supply-related issues.
- **Store Management**:

- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in the warehouse.
- Organize stock efficiently and ensure the storage area is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, purchase activity, and supplier performance.
- Track and monitor purchase budget and costs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with the production, accounts, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely approval of purchase orders and requisitions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in store and purchase management, preferably in [industry].
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
