**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Invoicing**:
Prepare and process accurate sales invoices in a timely manner using accounting or ERP software.
- **Purchase Entries**:
Record and maintain all purchase transactions and related documentation.
- **Paper Filing & Documentation**:
Maintain organized physical and digital files for all administrative and transactional documents.
- **Logistics Supervision**:
Oversee and coordinate the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring accuracy and safety.
- **General Administration**:
Support day-to-day office activities, assist other departments as needed, and ensure smooth workflow.
- **Driving Duties**:
Drive company vehicles for official errands, material movement, or as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Minimum undergraduate degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**:
Prior experience in administration, accounts, or logistics will be an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer operations
- Knowledge of accounting or billing software preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- **Other Requirements**:

- Valid driving license (four-wheeler preferred)
- Ability to supervise labor and manage paperwork
- Willingness to work on-site and handle physical tasks as needed
