Job Overview

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Create and post job descriptions on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
- Perform reference checks and background screenings on potential hires.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Assist in creating and implementing recruitment policies and best practices.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide insights for process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successful hires.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Talent acquisition: 1 year (required)
- Communication skills: 1 year (required)
