IT Recruiter Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles across various domains.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **end-to-end recruitment process**:

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Support HR team with documentation and onboarding tasks
- Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute ideas

Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree
- Strong interest in **Talent Acquisition** and recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in **Google Workspace** and basic Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment (preferred)
