**Role Description**
We are seeking a professional and approachable **Receptionist** with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities to be the first point of contact for our real estate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, managing front-desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workflow across departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.
- Support the sales and operations teams with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide general office support including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist with organizing company events, client meetings, and promotional activities as needed.
- Working Hours : 10 am - 7.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
