**Responsibilities and Duties**

2. Ensure the quality of service delivery of the task assigned.

3. Working with vendors for resolving queries.

4. Good written and spoken English is a must for the profile.

5. E-commerce account handling for order fulfillment and customer ratings.

**Key Skills**

2 Saturday and All Sundays off.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
Customer service/Backend Support: 0-3 year (preferred)
