**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an experienced and well-organized backend Sales Executive to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy in order processing, invoicing and shipping.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records in the company's database, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection from customers.

Required Education-Minimum Graduation

**Experience**:

- 3-6 years of experience in sales preferably

**Required Competencies**:
1. Strong verbal Communication Skills

2. Good computer skills

3. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving

**Other Particular Characteristics for Hiring**:
Proven experience in sales support, customer service.

Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Pay: ₹10,283.16 - ₹25,000.00 per month
