
Back Office Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Back Office Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth internal functioning of the organization. This role requires attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle data entry, document management, and record keeping.
- Maintain and update company databases, files, and reports.
- Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Track and organize internal communications and follow up on pending tasks.
- Support HR, finance, and logistics teams with day-to-day administrative functions.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
**Key Skills & Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative or back-office role is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,101.13 - ₹24,372.97 per month
