**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to start in July. The role involves collecting and processing documents and data, routing them for approvals, and saving them in a structured manner within SharePoint-based repositories. Additionally, the position requires interfacing with reporting software to generate graphic reports as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and process various documents and data efficiently.
- Route documents and data for necessary approvals.
- Save documents and data in structured formats within SharePoint-based repositories.
- Interface with or leverage reporting software such as Power BI or Tableau to generate graphic reports.
- Utilize Power Automate and PowerApps to automate workflows and processes.
- Process custom documents with AI Builder as needed.
- Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power Automate, PowerApps, and Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with AI Builder for processing custom documents.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.
