**Job Description** (includes, but is not limited to):
- E-commerce listings on all marketplaces which include inventory management, catalog management, etc.
- E-commerce customer support across all marketplaces
- Product Review management - cataloging and outreach
- Keen sense of personal responsibility and ownership for the success of the tasks assigned
- An adaptable and inquisitive quick learner
- A detail-oriented employee that cares about the work they produce and takes the time required to perform well.
- Eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment and ability to work cooperatively with team members

**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Basic proficiency in GSuite: Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Gmail
- Basic proficiency in MS Office
- Advanced knowledge in Excel i.e. Using Pivot Tables, charts, and V-Lookup
- Basic knowledge of VBA and Macros
- Knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
- Demonstrate ability to work in a team with a very dynamic environment

**Work Details & Requirements**:
- Work from home setup. | Good internet connection & well-functioning computer
- Night Shift timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST ~ 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST ( New York Time) Monday - Friday (5-day week)
- No unplanned leaves during the first 3 months (which will involve a lot of training and getting familiar with the work)

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus
