You’ll be working with the **Strategic Partnerships** team.

This team runs on production order books, supplier datasheets, coffee, and logistics. The team has an infectious passion for building deep and engaging relationships with our suppliers, vendors, and partners and developing capabilities to manufacture innovative products and components.

**What you will do**

In this role, you will work closely with engineering, the sourcing team, and supplier partners to deliver Exponent Enabled Electric Vehicles with 15-minute rapid charging to the market. You will own the strategic sourcing of all electrical components.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sourcing projects, and build process capabilities with partners across standard as well as custom-made components, be the harnesses, fuses, or other electrical parts
- Deliver better cost, timelines, and quality across all components and assemblies
- Manage break-in of new variants, suppliers and process changes into Exponent’s production line
- Benchmark costing for various electrical parts and assemblies and identify suppliers, process capabilities, or technologies that will drive 21
- Relevant experience with strategic sourcing, electrical components
- Structured problem-solving, detail orientation, and customer-first attitude
