**Job Title**: Telesales Executive (International Sales)**Location**:Gurugram**Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make proactive sales calls to potential clients across international markets, presenting products and services, and closing sales.
- *\*Handle incoming chat inquiries, respond to customer questions, provide product information, and resolve issues in real time.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets by continuously improving sales tactics and building customer rapport. Stay updated with the latest product features, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate and compelling information to customers.
- Log all sales activities, chat interactions, and customer details in the CRM system accurately for future reference.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in international telesales and chat process, preferably within a similar industry.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong persuasive abilities, with a knack for understanding customer needs and closing deals.Willingness to work flexible shifts to accommodate different time zones.
