We are looking for an experienced customer relationship executive to be responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. You should also be strategic and analytical when finding solutions to problems to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Support, and Product Development, to address client needs and deliver solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
- Monitor client accounts and activity, ensuring timely renewal of contracts and subscriptions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client retention metrics, trends, and performance to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years ofexperience in client retention, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to client issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly organized, with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
