General Description

Technical Services Officer will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team and helps them to achieve their sales goals through managing customer queries, lead generation and data management. Previous experience in customer service, sales or technical support in a food/pharma/nutra ingredients company is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and appointments, and following up with customers about their order status
- Processing new sales leads, managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients, and updating sales databases and prospect lists
- Creating and processing quotes, sample and analysis requests and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Providing information about products, features etc. to customers
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer problems and complaints
- Providing data and reports to the sales team, such as sales performance, sales trends, and market analysis
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to coordinate sales activities and resolve issues
- Developing and maintaining positive customer relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Escalating complex or urgent cases to the appropriate team or manager
- Collecting and reporting customer feedback and insights to improve the quality of service and products
- Collaborating with other departments and teams to coordinate customer support activities and processes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 8 years (preferred)
