- Prepare quality reports for grains received at procurement centers or warehouses.
- Monitor the condition of stored grains and report regularly.
- Investigate reasons for quality deterioration and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain records and submit inspection reports on time.
- Provide training to field staff and supervisors on quality-related aspects.
- Assist in quality audits and sampling procedures.
