**Responsibilities**:

- Looking for someone who can plan, organise and supervise our social media marketing team and client’s social media accounts.
- Work will be done across multiple platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google, You tube, Snapchat, LinkedIn for multiple profiles.
- Ultimately, you should be able to handle our client’s social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

**TASKS**:
1. TEAM:

- Assigning tasks to all team members.
- Supervising and checking the work assigned is being dutifully completed.
- Hiring team as and when needed.
- Planning team incentives, calculating salaries etc.

2. ACCOUNTS:

- Planning: Planning SMM activities (posting grids, story calendars, sales campaigns etc) for our client accounts along the team.
- Organising: Making a structure for team working in a way that we can

use all our resources in an optimal way. (making to-do lists, reports and schedules) (for design, content, posting, replies to customers, engagement)
- Paid Promotions: Needs to plan boosting campaigns to increase engagement and reach of the page. Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
- Supervising : Guiding the team and clarifying the doubts is one part. Supervising everyone’s work and making sure everything is done is another. The accountability falls on you.
- Communicating: The manager will have to stay in constant touch of the client to understand the client’s needs and communicate it to the team to ensure the work is done in line with them. Also has to make sure that Communication with followers, response to queries in a timely manner and monitoring of customer reviews is being timely done.
- Optimisation - Profiles of all accounts should be timely updated and optimised. Regular posting, boosting & communication needs to be done.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to bring out more engagement for the business. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Reporting: Timely reporting to the management about any ongoing issues is a must. Monthly reports on all our client accounts, paid campaigns and performances to be made. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Research:
○ Should have good knowledge on latest trends

○ Must do in depth research on brand industry.

○ Should be able to create a brand kit
- Should have a good handle on basic SMM skills like graphic designing, content planning and video editing.
- Must be aware of paid promotional campaigns and google ad words and google analytics

**Project manager qualities**:

- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google suite
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,833.00 - ₹33,333.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kapurthala, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
