2.Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.

3.Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex issue

4. Establish long-lasting, trusting connections by communicating professionally and empathetically with the clients.

5. Inform customers about new features and functionalities

Qualifications and skills:
1.Minimum qualification: High-school diploma. Graduates in any stream can also apply.

2.**Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).**

3.Good documentation skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Word is an added advantage.

4.**Sound problem-solving skills to find the root cause of customer issues.**

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
