Customer Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and requests.
To provide real-time information on stock availability from inventory management software.
Identifying customer demands and requirements.
Providing best offers to customers.
Handling CRM work station.
Data Base Management System
Manage all incoming & outgoing escalations & critical customer complaints as per the assigned priority
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
**Skills Required**:
**Accounting Back Ground preference.**
Excellent Communication Skills.
Good in Mathematics Calculations.
Technical Savvy.
**Proficient in Excel.**
Strong Organizational Skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Create a supportive work ambiens.
**Salary**: ₹24,097.00 - ₹40,087.00 per month
