1. **Sales Support**:

- Coordinate with domestic & export clients for orders, samples, and dispatches
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and order confirmations
- Follow up on payments and client feedback

2. **Order & Dispatch Management**:

- Track orders from receipt to dispatch
- Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery
- Maintain dispatch schedules and ensure documentation compliance (especially for export)

3. **Customer Relationship**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Share product information, updates, and new launches with clients

4. **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain sales records, order trackers, and client databases
- Generate reports on sales status, pending orders, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate for export documentation like Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.

5. **Interdepartmental Coordination**:

- Collaborate with production, accounts, logistics, and marketing teams
- Ensure all processes are aligned to meet customer requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
