**Job duties and responsibilities**

**Patient Care & Nursing Support**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to home-care patients.
- Monitor patient health, vital signs, and medical conditions, and report observations to healthcare professionals.
- Assist in medical procedures, wound dressing, and hygiene maintenance.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections under medical supervision.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, hygiene, and post-care support.

**Home-Based Care & Elderly Support**
- Deliver personalized nursing care to elderly patients with chronic illnesses.
- Support patients with mobility, daily activities, and rehabilitation exercises.
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and infection control in home-care settings.
- Provide palliative and geriatric nursing care as required.

**Health Promotion & Community Engagement**
- Conduct health awareness sessions on elderly well-being, preventive care, and disease management.
- Assist in health camps and mobile medical units for vulnerable communities.
- Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and community health workers to improve patient outcomes.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate patient records, nursing reports, and care plans.
- Ensure proper documentation of medications, treatments, and progress reports.
- Adhere to medical protocols and organizational guidelines in all healthcare activities.

**Required qualifications, experience and skills**
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (ANM/GNM/BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration with the Nursing Council of India or respective state authority.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing care, preferably in home healthcare, elderly care, or community health settings.
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
